The Living at Home Waiver is available state-wide in Maryland. It is specially designed for individuals with physical disabilities aged 18 and older. Qualified recipients of this program will be provided with assistance with activities of daily living. These are the services included in the program:

The program’s goal is to help individuals who are:
- Currently living in a nursing home or care facility but want to return to their homes
- Required to receive nursing home level of care but would prefer to stay at home in the community instead
